Mantua is a suburban neighborhood of more than 1,500 houses in Fairfax, Va., about 12 miles west of Washington, D.C. Our wooded, park-like setting attracts nature-lovers. Our neighborhood encompasses all the detached homes in the area bounded by Route 50 (Arlington Boulevard), Route 236 (Little River Turnpike), Prosperity Avenue and Pickett Road, but not homes accessed only from those roads. We are close to Interstate 495, Interstate 66, and two Metro stations, Dunn Loring and Vienna.

MCA Reaching Out To New Residents
Especially in this difficult time, we’re reminded of family, friends and neighbors - our community. MCA is reaching out to new Mantua residents as part of our response to Covid-19. We’re inviting newly settled residents over the past 12 months to join MCA with 1-year free membership.
Please email email@example.com with your name(s), address and email. Or better yet, register now on the website. Go to mantua.org > Click on Join MCA > then Register > then find the Membership Status box and click New Resident.
According to MCA President Jan Harrod, "This is a new direction for us. I’m asking each of our existing members to help by making contact with new neighbors to alert them to this initiative. Our Welcome Committee is standing by to greet each new resident and soon-to-be MCA member personally.”
