About Us
Mantua is a neighborhood of over 1,600 homes in Fairfax, VA, twelve miles west of Washington, D.C. Our wooded setting attracts a wide variety of people. The Mantua Citizens' Association includes detached homes in an area bounded by Arlington Blvd., Little River Tpk., Prosperity Ave., and Pickett Rd. However, houses fronting on Prosperity are all in Pine Ridge, not Mantua. In addition, the City of Fairfax abuts Mantua to the west and northwest before Pickett Rd. We're close to I-495, I-66, and the Dunn Loring and Vienna Metro stations. See the Street List within our boundaries eligible for MCA membership. SCROLL DOWN FOR LIST. Our wooded, park-like setting teeming with wildlife and flowers attracts nature-lovers. The Mantua Citizens' Association (MCA) is a nonprofit, non-stock corporation to encourage and foster among its members a spirit of mutual cooperation and assistance; to promote a sense of civic responsibility; to act together on civic matters of mutual interest to its members; and to organize for the promotion of social welfare. We welcome residents, non-resident property owners, and tenants within our geographical boundaries to join us. Dues are $20 per year, plus a surcharge if a hard-copy newsletter is mailed to you.
